Three reasons to live and all for GOD February 12, 2011

People give many reasons to live but in their last breathes many realize that there are few reasons that really count when looking back. Many work for things. Many put their stock in approval, power and-or status. Others just float along day to day without knowing or caring as to why they are here. While others simply desire to please themselves regardless of how it affects others. But GOD is so awesome HE created us for specific reasons that will ultimately give HIM glory and you a fulfilled life. These are three reasons I believe we are all created.
1. To LOVE GOD. SCRIPTURE: Deuteronomy 6:5 “And thou shalt love the LORD thy GOD with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.”
2. To SPREAD THE GOSPEL. SCRIPTURE: Mark 16:15-16 “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth” (JESUS is their SAVIOR, died for their sins, rose again and is the SON of GOD) “and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.” John 3:16 “For GOD so loved the world, that HE gave his only begotten SON, that whosoever believeth in HIM should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Also read Romans 10:14-17. I will write it out at the end.
3. To LOVE OTHERS (I believe loving yourself is important also because GOD does) SCRIPTURE: John 15:17 “These things I command you, that ye love one another.” Romans 13:14 “Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love [is] the fulfilling of the law.”
These three simple reasons have a practical way to be lived out in any situation as framed by the BIBLE.
Further SCRIPTURE:
Romans 10:14-17, “How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, LORD, who hath believed our report? So then faith [cometh] by hearing, and hearing by the word of GOD.”
